Registration is now open for the Valpo 7th and 8th Grade Girls Season Prep Skills Academy! Sessions will run from 6-7:30pm at VHS on the following dates:
October: 18th, 23rd, 30th
November: 1st, 6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, 27th, 29th

Shooting instruction using shooting machines, ball handling, offensive and defensive work, conditioning and positional work.
